These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and Bravex LLC, a Montana limited liability company at 100 24th Street W Suite 1-1058, Billings, Montana 59102 ("Bravex," "we," "us"). By using the Services in any manner, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Bravex provides technology infrastructure enabling Users to interact with supported digital assets. Bravex itself does not issue any currency or digital asset; hold, custody, or control user funds; or act as a bank, broker, exchange, or custodian. All financial and custodial services are provided solely by regulated third-party Partners.
You must be at least 18 years of age. You may not use the Services if you are subject to comprehensive U.S. sanctions or if doing so would violate any applicable law. You must provide accurate, complete information.
You are solely responsible for securing your devices, credentials, and wallet access. All blockchain transactions are final and irreversible once broadcast. Bravex cannot cancel, modify, or reverse any transaction.
By using the Services, you acknowledge: digital assets are highly volatile and may decline to zero; blockchain transactions are irreversible; regulatory frameworks are uncertain; smart contracts carry inherent technical risks. You assume all such risks.
Certain functionality is enabled through independent third-party Partners including Owlting. Partners operate independently under their own terms. Bravex disclaims all liability for any act, omission, or loss attributable to any Partner.
Bravex is a technology provider only. Nothing constitutes financial, investment, legal, accounting, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use complies with all applicable laws.
You may not use the Services for any illegal, sanctioned, or fraudulent activity; money laundering; market manipulation; distributing malware; or unauthorized automation.
Bravex may charge platform fees disclosed at point of use. Network/gas fees are non-refundable. Partners may impose separate fees. All fees are final and non-refundable once incurred.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BRAVEX'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED US $100. BRAVEX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
These Terms are governed by Wyoming law. All disputes must be resolved through binding individual arbitration administered by the AAA, seated in Billings, Montana. You waive class action rights. Opt-out within 30 days at info@bravexkz.com.
